Remember.....this is the inaugral class for the University of Burlesque. So you will be the first to experience burlesque education like no other available in the City of Roses.
We will have special guest professors from around the region to help out. There will also be special workshops available at a discount to any University of Burlesque students.

I emailed you with the form that's on the Diva Den, an email which you may or may not have received since now in hindsight I realize all of those emails may be sent to Summer... In any case, I wanted to get in touch with you because I am extremely interested in taking the Burlesque University, but I am a very broke college student. So I was wondering if there is any way I could get a scholarship for the university that would cover part/all of the cost, or if there I could do a "work-study", or otherwise donate my time and/or talents in order to help you or the studio and in return have to pay less for the university!
Here's a little bit about me (so I don't seem like a complete stranger...): I'm a Sociology major taking a year off school saving up enough money to go back next year. I have danced on and off since I was about 8, first ballet, then jazz, dance team in high school and then belly dancing last year. I have not danced for a while now and I'm trying to find a way to get back into it with the possibility of making money or joining a troupe/team (thus burlesque- plus it seems SO fun and amazing).
So that's a teensy bit about me! I would love to get in touch with you so if you'd email me back at athornton@gm.slc.edu I would really appreciate it!
